As I approach my 60th birthday I like to think I am very fit for my age. Looking after your body in the current climate is no easy task.
With the amount of junk food available and the number of games and tv channels to choose from it is so very easy to become a couch potato.
I have managed to stay fit the whole of my life. I do this through enjoyment of the food that I eat, the sports that I do, the travel that I make, and the company I have when I travel.
I make sure that I eat enough fruit and vegetables and that I do enough sport each week to keep myself in shape.
This website is information that I have followed over the years that I believe in. By reading and taking in what we have written you should be able to stay in shape, look after your body or loose weight and get fit even when you are beyond the half way mark.
